Custom Order Request Form

Cost:

Each project is priced individually based on the cost of materials, design complexity and working time. I will provide a quote for you to approve, along with a design mock-up.

Payment of 50% is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon completion.

Timeline:

Please allow up to three weeks after you’ve submitted your request to receive a mockup and quote for your review. Production will begin once these are approved. Production times vary, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

FAQ’s

  • I currently ship across Canada and the US. If you are purchasing outside of these areas please contact me.

  • Shipping cost will automatically be added at checkout.

  • If you would like to schedule a time to pick up your purchase, that can be arranged. The shipping charge will be reimbursed to you after your purchase.

  • All custom commissions and ready-to-wear pieces are final sale. If a piece arrives with damage from being shipped, a replacement will be provided free of charge.

  • I retain all rights and ownership to the designs I create. Including all original or custom works. Designs cannot be replicated or resold without written permission.

    I am more than happy for people to share my art on social media, however I do ask that I am credited for my art.

  • To keep the beadwork in the best possible condition:

    • Remove the jewelry before swimming or bathing.

    • Avoid pulling on the beads. The thread is very strong, but it will stretch with too much pressure.

    • The beads are made of glass. To avoid breaking, store the jewelry in a hard case, especially for travel.

    • Certain chemicals may discolour the beads. It’s best not to allow the beads to come in direct contact with perfume, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, etc. Ensure any creams or scent have fully absorbed into the skin before handling or putting on your jewelry.

    • To clean the beadwork, use a soft, damp cloth.
